We are proud of our girls and the quality honey and beeswax they produce. CannonBee promise that our honey is 100% Raw Australian Honey and 100% Pure Beeswax. Our products are all handcrafted with natural ingredients to the highest standard. Each jar of honey is traceable.
Taste and Appearance
Seasonal rainfall influences nectar & pollen flow,this changes the characteristics of the honey flavor, appearance & consistency. Some varieties of honey are more prone to crystallization. This is the separation of sugars (fructose & glucose). Honey that has crystalized is perfectly fine & is indicative to quality. Our honey is unheated & unfiltered comprising of pollen which aids crystallization. If you desire to re-liquefy, place your jar of honey in a warm pot of water (not boiling).
Refund or Replacement Policy
We will replace or refund the product if it arrives damaged, defective or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for refund or replacement. Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. Please provide receipt or proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be adequately packed and undamaged upon return.
On arrival and inspection of your returned item, you will be notified by email that we have received your item and if you qualify for refund or replacement. Upon approval we will replace or refund the total cost of the product.

Shipping is available throughout Australia except, for WA. Refer to our shipping location exclusion.
We prepare your order within 2 business days, ready for shipping.
We use Sendle, Fastways Couriers and Australia Post throughout Australia. Delivery times are dependent on your location, your order tracking details will be send to you via email.
CannonBee is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping Location Exclusion
CannonBee ship throughout Australia however due to WA regulations we are not permitted to ship honey products to Western Australia.
International shipping
International orders cannot be made via our website. For orders shipped internationally please contact us by email at raw@cannonbee.com.au
There may be some countries that do not allow raw products to enter due to custom regulations.
