RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you must notify us in writing within 14 days from the time you receive the goods. Claims for refunds made outside  this time period may be declined. Please email us at raw@cannonbee.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. Change of mind is not a valid reason for return of a product.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This refund policy does not apply to goods damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken.

All products must be returned in their original condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return to store shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement based on faulty goods, the cost of return shipping will be covered.

We reserve the right to offer a replacement product or refund at our discretion to resolve any fault or misrepresentation.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

CannonBee will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

All refunds will only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified. Refunds will only be made to the payment method that was charged for the original purchase or as a CannonBee Gift Voucher for equal value in lieu of a refund.

When a refund is approved, this will be for the product cost only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. It may be possible to change the order before it is despatched by contacting us by email however this cannot occur once it is has processed and despatched.
